Hi! My name is Rich and this is my wife Jessica. I have my my undergrad in dietetics and master's in public health and I love to help people achieve their health goals.
I try to be as healthy as possible, for as little time and energy as possible. Why? Because I'm busy like you...and I'm a little lazy too! I have figured out how to look the way I want while still eating the foods I want and only needing to workout 2 days a week for 30-45 minutes. It's simple. I call it "The Simple Fast". Loved the program it really boosted my motivation to do the small things...I now can say my body is addicted to exercise. My body wont let me go more than 2 days without insisting on me getting off my duff and exercising, but most days its the norm for me to be exercising. I love it! -Jenni M.
