As a health professional, I have people ask me about different diets and products all the time.
A little over a year ago I had a friend reach out and ask my advice about a "new diet" that everyone was raving about. So I looked into it and sure enough, it was another scam.
In that moment I decided to sit down and write out a REAL and genuine healthy living program without all the garbage.
I asked myself these questions, "What habits and steps are needed for people to achieve their ideal health? What are the common habits that the healthiest people in the world practice day after day? What does all the collective research teach us, not to be healthy for a week or month, but for the rest of our lives?"
